Digital innovation and entrepreneurship in Ovens Murray standard

ACRE was one of eight case studies showcased by the Ovens Murray Regional Partnership this week. The partnership, keen to showcase some of these national and international digital success stories was a way to inspire others in, and to our region including ACRE's project with the Towong Shire. All of the case studies highlight how people in Ovens Murray are using technology to facilitate community connections, enable work-life balance and provide economic and social benefit through jobs, training and improved services. Think-Start-Grow program in the Towong Shire video

The world of digital marketing will take centre stage at a series of free innovative and interactive workshops held by Towong Shire Council next month. The workshops will be facilitated by Tim Gentle, founder of Think.Digital, in a hi-tech 14-metre coach that travels throughout Australia providing digital experiences and education. The workshops are part of the Think-Start-Grow program - a major initiative to develop and support entrepreneurship throughout the Shire.
