Breakout Accelerator Program – Look who we unearthed! image

ACRE and SecondMuse are delighted to announce and introduce the Innovators who will join our Breakout Accelerator. We co-developed this program to help unearth, connect and support innovators who are striving to build and scale dynamic, creative and sustainable businesses in places and communities they love. A key point of difference with this dedicated rural accelerator program is that we’re not asking innovators to leave home behind as they build their business. Some 43 diverse and vibrant businesses from southern NSW and rural Victoria applied to join the Breakout Accelerator. Taking a Whole of Community Approach standard

ACRE with Rural Councils Victoria is developing an entrepreneurial culture and ecosystem across the 38 Rural Council Victoria member councils. It is through this project that Rural Councils Victoria has made a generational investment and is supporting a whole of community approach to transforming the mindset of young people and community leaders alike. A whole of community approach will be developed by building an enabling environment for entrepreneurship  via the delivery of Understanding Social Enterprise workshops, designed and delivered by the Social Enterprise Academy Australia.
