ACRE today announced the appointment of Brady Cronin to its Board. As Program Coordinator with Youthrive Victoria, Brady delivers leadership and mentoring programs to empower rural young people to lead great lives.
In another exciting development, ACRE also welcomed Andrew Mair as a minute taker for ACRE Board meetings. A final year law and commerce student with a strong interest in innovation and community development, Andrew approached ACRE to offer his experience drawn from a range of team situations and roles, including government and in-house legal internships, customer service and community representation.
Despite significant investment, there remains a chronic lack of entrepreneurship education and support for young people, especially in rural Australia. ACRE is committed to addressing this gap. We do this by offering the transformational Social Enterprise Schools program and ensuring that young people are involved in identifying and building out strategic and long term solutions.
We look forward to working alongside Brady and Andrew to create thriving rural futures.
