Australian Centre for Rural Entrepreneurship (ACRE) is a globally recognised social enterprise with a purpose to drive the renewal of Australia’s rural communities so that future generations may thrive.
We do this through championing and embedding entrepreneurship to rejuvenate rural communities through building economic, social and cultural wellbeing. We combine local experience with global knowhow through international partnerships with world leading organisations.
Purpose
The People and Culture Advisor will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and overseeing human resources strategies that align with ACRE’s values and strategic plan. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
